Our sent offers are valid based on availability. All our rates include the same services. In the case of a booking (for all rates except "non-refundable"), a deposit must be paid within 14 days. The remaining amount is due on the day of departure.

The general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry (AGB Hotellerie AT) apply. Excluded are the cancellation conditions prior to arrival, which are applied as follows at Kröller:

• Free cancellation (for all rates except "non-refundable") up to 1 month before arrival: We charge a processing fee of €30 per room, and the deposit will be refunded.
• 30-0 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount will be charged.

The non-refundable rate is a booking option that allows you to reserve rooms at a reduced price, but without the possibility of canceling or modifying the reservation. This type of rate is ideal for travelers who are certain that their travel plans are fixed and will not change. When booking this rate, the total amount must be paid in advance by credit card or bank transfer. This option, of course, also includes our standard all-inclusive pampering package and is in no way inferior to the regular booking rate.

There is always something that can come up. To avoid unpleasant situations and costs in the event of cancellation, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance. We can also offer you attractive travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung. We will gladly take care of this for you.
