Kröller’s game rules

The general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry (AGB Hotellerie AT) apply.
Excluded are the cancellation conditions prior to arrival, which are applied as follows at Kröller:

• Free cancellation (for all rates except "non-refundable") up to 1 month before arrival: We charge a processing fee of €30 per room, and the deposit will be refunded.
• 30-0 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount will be charged

The non-refundable rate is a booking option that allows you to reserve rooms at a reduced price, but without the possibility of canceling or modifying the reservation. This type of rate is ideal for travelers who are certain that their travel plans are fixed and will not change. When booking this rate, the total amount must be paid in advance by credit card or bank transfer. This option, of course, also includes our standard all-inclusive pampering package and is in no way inferior to the regular booking rate.

For non-refundable rates, we strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance that also covers non-refundable bookings. In the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances, the insurer may – depending on the policy – reimburse the costs.

To ensure that guests of all ages feel completely at ease, we kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are unfortunately not allowed at Hotel Kröller.

• The entire area is under continuous CCTV surveillance
• Trampolines are not permitted for children under the age of three
• Somersaults on the trampolines are strictly prohibited
• Children under six years of age must be always supervised
• No food or drinks are allowed in the entire area, including the lounge
• Jewelry is not permitted while using the trampolines
• Long hair must be always tied up
• Shoes must be removed before entering the trampoline area
• Non-slip socks are required for safety and can be purchased at reception for an additional fee
• Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of their children
